We aim to ship orders within 4-7 working days. Any orders received  Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.) 

Personalised Products are not included in this period.

The delivery times stated above are average times. There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.

It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

Canadian/Ukraine customers please take into consideration that Canadian/Ukraine orders take longer to arrive, this is totally out of our hands and to do with the strict custom clearance. Also tracked service does not update once handed over to Canada Post/Ukraine Post, it will update again once delivered. 
 
CTT Mail is our domestic carrier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders. 

IMPORTANT for International Customers

Customs Duties and Return Fees 

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties.  

For orders under €100, we charge our customers delivery fee,  For orders of €100 and above, we cover the delivery cost entirely and do not charge our customers any delivery fee. Therefore, for packages returned due to unpaid customs duties, Delivery fee will be deducted.

Handling Fee

Due to packaging costs and the need to maintain inventory levels, a processing fee of €5 will be deducted for each returned package. This fee helps cover the expenses associated with handling and restocking returned items. 

In cases caused entirely by customer error, such as customers not paying customs duty or writing incomplete or incorrect address information, a €10 delivery fee and a €5 handling fee will be deducted for the returned packages, and a refund will be made.
